Leads change and release engineering across CI/CD, traditional, and vendor-led environments. The role automates deployments, establishes risk-based governance, improves production-change visibility, analyzes change failures and DORA metrics, and reduces major incidents. It also owns CAB processes, compliance reporting, rollback and testing controls, AI-enabled workflows, process documentation, and leadership reporting while coaching a small team of Change Managers.

Manage the end-to-end customer experience for ocean shipments by monitoring cargo movement, tracking schedules, resolving issues, coordinating stakeholders, and communicating deviations and solutions. Build customer relationships, provide proactive service, address root causes, support service improvement, and promote value-added services. The role requires handling calls, emails, and chats while meeting performance KPIs and using shipping knowledge to solve problems.

Manages general ledger and reporting activities within the ATR finance domain, ensuring accurate and timely execution of processes, SOP compliance, internal controls, and audit support. Tracks KPIs, addresses performance risks, supports team training and backup planning, participates in process improvement and change management initiatives, and collaborates with finance leaders and business stakeholders across terminal operations.
