Prepare bookkeeping and primary financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows); analyze bank transactions, invoices, expenses; reconcile AP/AR and intercompany items; assist trial balance finalization; prepare management accounts in multiple GAAPs (IFRS, US GAAP); handle payroll accounting, journal entries, VAT/GST; resolve queries from onshore teams, clients, auditors, and directors.

Lead and develop project teams to deliver value predictably across Agile and Waterfall projects. Own planning, scheduling, forecasting, risk and dependency management, and delivery governance. Coach Lean-Agile behaviors, protect team capacity, drive flow improvements, and communicate progress and trade-offs to stakeholders. Support portfolio planning and standardize delivery methodologies.

Prepare and review financial statements for fund clients, manage and train a team, set reporting timelines, and resolve queries from onshore teams, clients, auditors, and directors. Ensure accurate, production-driven delivery of financial reporting, particularly for hedge funds, and apply manual IFRS/US GAAP reporting where required.
