Apply TDD, JUnit, Git workflows, domain-driven design, and automated CI/CD. Implement serverless or containerized deployments and potentially event-driven systems using Kafka or AWS messaging services. Communicate effectively in English and support overlapping U.S. Central Time hours when needed.
