As a Research Consultant, you'll advise clients on market research methodologies, design studies, create questionnaires, interpret results, and collaborate on project strategies with the sales team.

Manage preparatory payroll across international entities (Germany primary, plus France/Spain), liaise with external payroll/EOR/PEO providers, resolve employee payroll queries, automate HRIS-payroll workflows, calculate commissions/bonuses with RevOps, and support Finance with reporting, audits, and statutory compliance.
