Develops and implements state- and site-specific AMI HSSE management systems, procedures, audits and training. Monitors HSSE performance, leads incident investigations, drives IMS (ISO 45001/14001) certification, conducts site inspections, toolbox talks, and stakeholder coordination to ensure safe execution of AMI operations.

The role involves formulating HSSE strategies, conducting inspections and audits, ensuring compliance, and providing training for safety practices within AMI operations.

Lead IT/OT implementation and O&M for AMI projects, coordinate with system integrators and DISCOMs, ensure IT infrastructure readiness, oversee WFM/consumer/web app development, monitor SLAs, and provide technical support for successful Go-Live and state-level deployment.
