Lead technical delivery and discipline team for structural design on water/wastewater and industrial water projects. Manage projects, client relationships, budgets, quality control, CAD/BIM coordination, mentoring, technical reviews, and cross-discipline collaboration while promoting safety, sustainability, and digital initiatives.

Lead and deliver ecological assessments and desk studies, coordinate surveys, produce EIA and biodiversity reports, support licence applications and mitigation design, manage medium-to-large projects, mentor and train team members, and collaborate with UK-based teams across time zones.

Lead technical delivery of ecological consultancy for UK projects: author EIAs and BNG reports, manage and mentor an 8–10 person team, secure business, design and supervise species and habitat surveys, apply UK/EU legislation, use GIS/R/AI tools for data collection and analysis, ensure H&S and biosecurity, and engage clients and regulators to drive digital innovation and quality assurance.
