Supports the COO Office strategy by leading strategic initiatives, developing program plans, managing stakeholders, and coordinating cross-functional transformation efforts. Runs the PMO through governance, schedules, benefit tracking, dashboards, reporting, meetings, and action follow-up. Focuses on global quality, standardization, automation, operational excellence, and business transformation while working with senior leaders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Manage, verify, and coordinate mechanical BIM models and drawings for water and wastewater projects. Responsibilities include developing BIM execution plans, producing Revit and Plant 3D models, coordinating multidisciplinary designs, performing quality assurance and interdisciplinary checks, supporting design teams, and ensuring compliance with project schedules, standards, health and safety requirements, and client feedback. The role covers projects from concept through construction delivery, including treatment plants, pumping stations, pipework, drainage, and flood protection facilities.

Supports UK and international geoenvironmental and geotechnical consulting projects by preparing environmental site assessment reports, reviewing geological and geotechnical data, processing ground investigation records, creating GIS/CAD outputs, interpreting findings, and contributing to technical documentation. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, maintains project records, and delivers assigned work according to quality, safety, budget, and deadline requirements.
