Prepare exhibits summarizing reconciling differences, maintain policy-level detail, track and age differences, and collaborate with accountants, underwriters, IT, and MGAs to resolve discrepancies.

The Senior Business Analyst collects, analyzes, and presents data to support business decision-making, reporting, and strategic planning within the organization.

Triage and resolve Master Data Management (Party, Risk, Reference) issues in Stibo STEP, run targeted data-cleansing sprints, monitor data quality dashboards, support releases/UAT, and maintain documentation and playbooks to prevent recurring data issues.

Prepare, analyze, and present daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for credit control. Perform trend analysis with commentary, ensure reporting accuracy through cross-team collaboration, build stakeholder relationships, and support audit activities in a dynamic environment.

Support month-end and quarter-end GAAP close, prepare management reports and reconciliations, investigate variances, prepare journal entries, liaise with Shared Services, and drive process improvements and internal control compliance.
