Develop, customize, maintain, and troubleshoot Odoo modules and ERP functionality using Python, Odoo ORM, XML, QWeb, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL. Enhance POS, inventory, sales/CRM, purchasing, MRP, and accounting modules; integrate REST APIs and third-party systems; support upgrades, migrations, performance optimization, documentation, and implementation activities.

Develop and implement solutions using .NET technologies, following coding best practices. Participate in functional, design, code, and process reviews; collaborate with cross-functional teams; explain technical decisions; and stay current with relevant technologies and industry practices.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations. Implement Salesforce security, troubleshoot production issues, conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and manage source code with Git. Support CI/CD deployments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements. Preferred experience includes Platform Events, Bulk API, Salesforce DX, Copado or Gearset, certifications, and technical mentoring.
