Owns digital customer-success operations across online communities, including platform administration, content planning, customer outreach, campaign execution, stakeholder coordination, VOC and NPS support, advocacy programs, and engagement measurement. The role maintains community processes, calendars, governance, documentation, and performance metrics while partnering with account, product, marketing, IT, and customer-success teams.

Designs and executes automated and manual tests for software solutions, translates product requirements into comprehensive test coverage, collaborates with product and development teams, and evaluates emerging technologies. The role supports AspenTech’s performance engineering and asset optimization initiatives, with emphasis on software quality, behavior-driven testing, and agile development practices.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and growth of Aspen EDR heat exchanger design and rating software. Define product vision, pricing, positioning, business cases, and Agile execution while partnering with customers, engineering, marketing, sales, services, and domain experts. Translate heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid flow, and equipment design requirements into software capabilities. Drive customer adoption, innovation, competitive differentiation, strategic partnerships, and successful product launches across global industrial markets.
