Designs and executes manual and automated tests for enterprise applications, including functional, regression, integration, UAT, API, and database testing. Develops test scripts, maintains QA documentation, tracks defects in Azure DevOps or Jira, validates data integrity, prepares execution reports, and supports quality improvements across the SDLC. The role may also contribute to performance, security, load, data migration, ETL, and middleware integration testing.

Supports ERP implementation and client systems by developing, optimizing, and maintaining SQL queries, stored procedures, database objects, and SSIS/SSRS reports. Assists with database performance tuning, data pipelines, and data-driven solutions, including AI/ML-based features. Collaborates with global clients across multiple time zones while developing technical skills through mentorship.
