Manage and grow customer relationships for Athos Commerce's AI-powered ecommerce solutions. Drive product adoption, onboarding, training, retention, renewals, and account growth. Monitor customer health, identify risks and opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, gather feedback to influence product roadmap, and develop customer advocates through case studies and testimonials.

Manage and optimize product feeds across Google, Meta, TikTok and marketplaces. Analyze performance (CTR, ROAS), troubleshoot feed issues, run audits, report insights, support onboarding, and collaborate with internal and client teams to drive visibility and conversion.

Manage onboarding and technical implementations for ecommerce customers, coordinating cross-functional teams, defining requirements, tracking milestones, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery and customer success for Athos Commerce products.

Provide technical support for Athos Commerce product discovery: triage and resolve search, indexing, merchandising, recommendations, and API issues; use logs and tooling to diagnose problems; reproduce issues with Postman/curl; document cases, escalate with clear evidence, and surface recurring patterns to improve playbooks.
