Manage and grow strategic customer relationships for an AI-powered ecommerce platform. Drive product adoption, onboarding, training, and retention; monitor customer health; resolve issues with cross-functional teams; support renewals and upsell opportunities; gather feedback to influence product roadmap and develop customer advocates.

Define and execute roadmap for AI-powered personalization, recommendations, and search. Write PRDs and user stories, partner with Engineering/Design/Data, improve integrations and APIs, run A/B tests and analytics, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to optimize merchant conversion, AOV, and engagement.
