Ensure accurate, timely payroll data, transactions, reports, adjustments, deductions, garnishments, and tax levies. Support reconciliations, employee and partner inquiries, audits, dashboards, vendor management, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with HR, Finance, and payroll providers.

Lead end-to-end HR service delivery across APAC/MEA: own SLAs, escalations, compliance, and controls. Mentor Tier 2 specialists, ensure audit readiness, coordinate cross-functionally (payroll, legal, vendors), drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement while resolving complex worker and client issues.
