Support European payroll operations by coordinating and processing multi-country payroll (notably Italy and Spain), handling adjustments, terminations, reconciliations, payroll inquiries, vendor consolidation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives while collaborating with HR and Finance.

Support Global Controllership by automating payroll and accounting reports, coordinating with regional teams, performing GL reconciliations, supporting month/quarter/year-end close, preparing journal entries and accruals, producing financial statements and variance commentary, handling Sage Intacct inquiries, and executing ad hoc global finance projects.

Provide day-to-day and strategic employment law advice across APAC for an Employer‑of‑Record service. Draft and negotiate employment and separation agreements, monitor regional law changes, support client onboarding/offboarding, manage outside counsel in litigation, and deliver training to internal and client‑facing teams.
