Architect, customize, integrate and maintain CRM solutions, build plugins, forms, workflows, PowerApps models, ADF pipelines, and FetchXML reports. Manage deployments, source control, SDK usage, resolve support issues, and deliver high-quality releases on schedule.

Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test strategies for web and POS applications. Create test plans, write automation scripts, execute functional, integration and regression tests, track defects, define QA metrics, support release validation, and mentor team members while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead techno-functional role to design, implement, integrate, and support SAP Financial solutions (Record to Report, Order to Cash, FSCM) across the SAP ecosystem. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, configuration, testing, user training, documentation, integration with other systems, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance and best practices.
