Manages engineers and technical leads, drives delivery execution, mentors staff, and partners with architecture, product, security, and business stakeholders. Requires extensive software development and data platform leadership experience, Java expertise, database knowledge, cloud-native development, and strong compliance awareness.

Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test strategies for web and POS applications. Create test plans, write automation scripts, execute functional, integration and regression tests, track defects, define QA metrics, support release validation, and mentor team members while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
