Lead the User & Organization platform owning identity, access, and org lifecycle for a multi-tenant healthcare SaaS. Define roadmap, drive discovery, prioritize backlog, partner with engineering on APIs and RBAC, ensure NIST/HIPAA/HITRUST alignment, and work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver IAL/AAL-compliant identity and provisioning services.

Supervises a high-volume international voice support team, ensuring service levels, quality, productivity, compliance, and customer issue resolution. Provides coaching, performance management, training, and escalation handling. Analyzes support metrics and root causes, prepares reports, coordinates with stakeholders, and implements process improvements. The role also manages support resources, budgets, and vendor relationships while supporting healthcare revenue cycle and practice management products.

Develop, test, debug, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and related technologies. Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver features, participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, write documentation, perform unit testing, and resolve issues. The role also involves learning cloud-native and DevOps practices, with exposure to AWS, microservices, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
