Partner with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and customers to deliver secure, scalable, multi-tenant SaaS identity and access solutions, and drive metrics, prioritization, and Agile delivery.

Lead L3 escalation and run a 24x7 NOC shift for multi-cloud infrastructure. Manage incident command, proactive monitoring, alert tuning, Terraform automation, Kubernetes/EKS operations, cloud networking, database availability, and mentor L2 engineers to reduce MTTD/MTTR.

Operate 24×7 network monitoring and incident response across cloud and on-prem environments. Troubleshoot hybrid connectivity, routing, VPNs, firewalls, load balancers, and DNS. Act as L2/L3 escalation, participate in Major Incident Management, execute changes via ITSM, maintain runbooks, and improve monitoring, automation, and documentation to reduce MTTR and meet SLAs.
