Manages and maintains the AMEA CRM system and related modules, including SAP C4C integrations, user access, troubleshooting, master data, approval matrices, reporting, audits, and system enhancements. Provides Level 1 user support, coordinates escalations, trains users on CRM analytics and reporting, gathers improvement feedback, and promotes system adoption across Sales, Customer Service, and Product/Marketing teams.

Leads end-to-end data engineering initiatives spanning Fivetran ingestion, dbt transformations, Snowflake warehousing, and Power BI consumption. Designs scalable data models and pipelines, troubleshoots ELT and SQL issues, documents technical solutions, and partners with business stakeholders. Mentors engineers, establishes development standards, supports CI/CD, and pilots GenAI applications for documentation, testing, data quality, and natural-language querying.

Manages the global internal controls environment, including SOX compliance, control documentation, risk assessments, deficiency remediation, and audit support. Oversees Workiva reporting, quarterly certifications, fraud risk assessments, control testing, and process improvements. Partners with controllers, finance teams, IT, management, and internal and external auditors while advising the business on SOX requirements and developing team members.
