Develop enterprise-scale data science and analytics solutions for Cordant applications. Responsibilities include analyzing complex datasets, applying statistical and AI/ML methods, building scalable models, establishing metrics, ensuring data quality and ethical AI use, collaborating with technical and commercial teams, and communicating insights to stakeholders. The role requires expertise in Python, time series data, LLMs, generative AI, MLOps, and statistical analytics.

Lead electrical and electronic subsystem development from specifications and requirements through design validation, testing, and commercial release. Design and debug circuits, power conversion, motor controls, data acquisition systems, microcontroller-based electronics, schematics, PCBAs, and wiring harnesses. Support released products through troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and customer training. Lead and mentor early- and mid-career engineers, collaborate with global cross-functional teams, and improve technical documentation and engineering practices.

Supports product cybersecurity regulatory compliance and certification readiness across digital products. Maintains unified control frameworks, prepares SOC 2 and regulatory evidence packs, coordinates audits and remediation, assesses product obligations under SOC 2, NIS2, the EU AI Act, and EU Cyber Resilience Act, and produces leadership reports on certification readiness, audit trends, evidence maturity, and compliance risks.
