Provide HR partnership and employee support across India: advise leaders on workforce planning, reorganizations, promotions and compensation; support HR diligence/integration for M&A; evolve HR programs, manage HR projects, update policies, create knowledge articles, and resolve escalated HR cases within SLAs.

Design, build, and maintain a cloud-native IoT management platform across .NET/C# backend APIs, React/TypeScript SPA, and Java microservices. Implement scalable architectures (CQRS), RESTful APIs, secure authentication (OAuth2/OIDC), event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ/MQTT), containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), observability, and security/compliance tooling. Collaborate in Agile teams and own features from design through deployment and support.

Design and implement backend and frontend cloud web applications using microservices. Collaborate with architects, data scientists, product managers; estimate scope; lead small teams; ensure code quality, testing, deployment, and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, reliability).
