Support regulated derivatives operations by analyzing regulatory standards, designing SOPs, monitoring and auditing operational cycles, assessing and escalating operational and regulatory risks, coordinating regulatory notifications, and producing data-backed reports for senior management and regulators.

Design user-friendly web and mobile experiences by creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes. Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business and user requirements into intuitive interfaces and continuously optimize UX across projects.

Own the lifecycle of institutional staking and yield products, translating PoS consensus mechanics into B2B workflows.
