Design and evolve highly scalable backend systems for social products. Improve performance, availability, monitoring, alerting, incident response, data pipelines, and engineering productivity. Translate business requirements into reusable capabilities, plan long-term technical improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally. Participate in design and code reviews while applying AI-powered development tools securely and effectively.

Leads product operations and commercial enablement for institutional digital-asset products. Responsibilities include product readiness, launch and lifecycle support, client pitches, value proposition development, documentation, cross-functional coordination, operational performance tracking, issue resolution, and process improvement. The role bridges Product, Business Development, Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Client Services while incorporating stakeholder feedback into product execution.

Develop and maintain backend services for Binance Pay and Card, including scalable APIs, microservices, distributed transaction systems, and financial workflows. Work with databases, caches, queues, observability tools, and reliability practices. Troubleshoot production issues, write tested code, participate in reviews, and collaborate with product and engineering teams. This is an early-career accelerator internship for current students and recent graduates.
