Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for institutional tokenization and stablecoin infrastructure. Lead issuer and asset integrations, minting, redemption, custody, settlement, and lifecycle workflows. Coordinate engineering, compliance, legal, risk, sales, and external partners; ensure regulatory readiness; define success metrics; and drive launches, partnerships, and product scaling. Mentor junior product managers and help establish product practices.

Lead end-to-end product design for institutional fintech experiences, from problem framing and research through prototyping, usability testing, high-fidelity UI, and launch. Design intuitive interfaces for complex, data-heavy workflows, collaborate with product and engineering teams, facilitate critiques and workshops, and contribute to BitGo’s design system. The role requires strong UX, visual design, communication, user advocacy, and product-thinking skills.

Reviews account openings, conducts CDD, ECDD, and periodic KYC/KYB reviews, and ensures compliance with AML/KYC requirements for BitGo’s Singapore-regulated entity. The role supports APAC onboarding from Bangalore, manages customer communications, coordinates with internal teams, escalates compliance issues, and identifies process improvements to reduce risk. It also involves participating in AML/CFT training and completing assigned operational tasks.
