Build and maintain BitMEX's React-based web frontend and supporting APIs for a real-time trading terminal. Design and implement features, fix bugs, optimize performance and security for low-latency data flows, integrate with backend Engine teams, evaluate stack components, participate in reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Manage and grow BitMEX's social media channels, plan and execute campaigns, create content, monitor community engagement, coordinate with design and marketing, and report KPIs.

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM and growth campaigns; run A/B tests using SQL and BI tools; analyze KPI-driven results; design incentive programs; monitor deliverability and user behavior; manage budgets and partner with Product, Data, and Design to improve user lifecycle and conversion.

Design and iterate the BitMEX trading platform's UX/UI: conduct user research and competitive analysis, create wireframes, visual designs, flows and storyboards, collaborate with product and engineering, and present design solutions across the organisation.

Own and maintain analytics instrumentation and data pipelines using Segment, ensuring reliable event tracking to Mixpanel, GA4 and AppsFlyer. Use Terraform for version-controlled analytics infrastructure, monitor and audit data quality, maintain schema documentation, translate business needs into tracking, and configure mobile/web attribution and deep-linking.

The Sales Manager is responsible for acquiring new retail traders and increasing trading volume on the BitMEX platform through engagement, partnerships, and market optimization.
