Design and implement features, fix bugs, optimize performance and security for low-latency data flows, integrate with backend Engine teams, evaluate stack components, participate in reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Manage and grow BitMEX's social media channels, plan and execute campaigns, create content, monitor community engagement, coordinate with design and marketing, and report KPIs.

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM and growth campaigns; run A/B tests using SQL and BI tools; analyze KPI-driven results; design incentive programs; monitor deliverability and user behavior; manage budgets and partner with Product, Data, and Design to improve user lifecycle and conversion.
