Owns, designs, implements, maintains, and supports enterprise LAN/WAN, internet access, network security, remote access, network services, and telecommunications infrastructure. Provides third-tier troubleshooting, collaborates with vendors and service providers, evaluates upgrades and configuration changes, supports external communications networks, and reviews projects for security concerns. Works independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects and complex network issues.

Supports backend sales operations activities and related administrative processes.

Serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and BI/IT teams by translating requirements into analytics solutions. Defines KPIs, guides Power BI and SQL development, validates data and dashboards, coordinates UAT, supports governance and standardization, trains users, and drives adoption of business intelligence tools. Partners with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Operations leaders to deliver actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.

Troubleshoot, configure, deploy, and support Juniper-based network infrastructure. The role manages routing, switching, firewalls, network security, connectivity issues, and performance problems; implements BGP and other protocols; develops automation scripts; supports customers and internal teams; and participates in network design and implementation projects.

Conduct penetration tests and vulnerability assessments across applications, networks, APIs, cloud environments, and infrastructure. Analyze scan results, identify and prioritize weaknesses, document risk ratings, communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, recommend remediation, coordinate remediation activities, and maintain vulnerability, asset, and configuration databases.

Develop and present pre-sales solutions for unified communications and contact center technologies across Avaya, Genesys, and Cisco on-premises and cloud platforms. Translate customer requirements into business value, map solutions to client goals, address objections, and collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams. Requires strong knowledge of signaling protocols, LAN/WAN infrastructure, UCaaS, CcaaS, SaaS, and relevant vendor certifications.

Understand client requirements, present AV/VC concepts, review CAD schematics, and support project managers in design execution. Requires extensive knowledge of AV/VC equipment and marketplace trends, strong communication and organizational skills, project scheduling awareness, IT and networking knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and CAD or Visio experience producing detailed schematics.
