Teams at Blitzy

Perform hands-on manual QA for web and mobile applications, including test case design, regression, exploratory, API, integration, and end-to-end testing. Manage Jira defects, validate user workflows and UX requirements, and collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams. Establish QA best practices in a fast-moving AI software environment and partner with automation engineers to identify testing opportunities.

Deploy Blitzy in complex enterprise environments, embed with customer engineering teams, and guide implementations from onboarding through production. Build Java and Spring Boot integrations, REST APIs, microservices, and reusable tools; troubleshoot infrastructure and platform issues; support observability, testing, and production operations; lead proofs of concept and technical demonstrations; and translate customer feedback into product improvements and adoption strategies.

Own and develop Blitzy’s mission-critical backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and LLM-powered production systems. The role requires hands-on architecture, coding, system reliability, scalability, observability, data architecture, semantic retrieval, and enterprise software modernization. The Principal Engineer will drive complex technical initiatives, establish engineering standards, and contribute across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and AI systems without people-management responsibilities.
