Design and execute test plans, log and track defects, perform root cause analysis, validate security controls, maintain audit-ready documentation, collaborate in Agile ceremonies, and gradually expand into TestComplete-based automation and CI/CD integration.

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services and APIs. Build and optimize relational database schemas and SQL, troubleshoot production issues, participate in system design for scalability and performance, review code and mentor juniors, and apply CI/CD and automated testing practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for web and desktop apps. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, track execution and coverage, generate reports, collaborate with developers/product/DevOps, and improve test stability and automation processes.
