The Customer Success Associate will provide customer service, evaluate loan applications for fraud, manage payments, and escalate customer feedback.

Lead architecture and development of Branch's iOS app: build scalable, maintainable features, drive performance, stability, observability, and developer experience; collaborate with product, backend, Android, and design teams; mentor engineers and establish iOS engineering standards and design system implementation.

This role involves securing AWS infrastructures, implementing security controls, and automating security processes in a Fin-Tech environment. The position requires close collaboration with engineering teams to enhance system security.
