The role translates product APIs, documentation, data structures, and workflows into callable operations, collaborating with domain engineers across multiple products. Responsibilities include agentic AI integration, semantic modeling, API development, and reviewing product ontologies for agent readiness.

Designs, automates, administers, and maintains cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Builds Infrastructure as Code solutions, supports CI/CD pipelines, manages Windows and Linux systems, configures networking and virtualization platforms, and administers Chef, Puppet, and Ansible. Troubleshoots infrastructure, deployment, operating system, networking, and cloud issues while collaborating with globally distributed engineering, QA, IT, and infrastructure teams.
