Develop, validate, and deploy aeroelastic and aerothermoelastic simulation capabilities across low-, medium-, and high-fidelity methods. Implement numerical solvers, FSI coupling, reduced-order models, and HPC optimizations. Collaborate with structural, CFD, and product teams to transition research into production software, support customer demonstrations, and ensure verification, validation, and CI practices.

Lead design and development of advanced nonlinear finite element analysis algorithms and features for MSC Nastran/MARC. Implement, validate, optimize, and test linear and nonlinear solution capabilities; create benchmarks, automated regression tests, and technical documentation. Support QA, investigate defects, mentor engineers, participate in architecture reviews, and drive continuous product improvement.
