Leads quality assurance and process control for refractory products, overseeing raw material evaluation, production process discipline, laboratory testing, calibration, audits, standards compliance, supplier qualification, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Supports product development, customer trials, sustainability, cost reduction, and sales with technical documentation. Manages and develops QA/QC teams while ensuring ISO, regulatory, and company quality and safety compliance.

Plans and oversees refractory production operations, including scheduling, manpower and machine allocation, process control, quality, safety, dispatch, inventory, KPI reporting, and regulatory compliance. The role requires coordinating with maintenance, quality, supply chain, engineering, and dispatch teams; implementing lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives; training production workers; and ensuring equipment, calibration, EHS, and statutory requirements are maintained.

Manage customer portfolio by geography, drive sales growth and profitability, negotiate and administer contracts, forecast sales, introduce products, collaborate with technical and support functions, gather market intelligence, and maintain CRM records. Role includes ~50% travel.

Lead quality and process control for refractory monolithics/brick products: oversee inspections, incoming materials, lab calibration, ISO/QMS compliance, cost-reduction projects, cross-functional coordination, customer/supplier visits, and train/manage staff to reduce complaints and improve product performance.

Manage monolithics production planning and execution, including SAP-PP production orders, raw material mass balance, cost and manpower allocation, process control, quality coordination, EHS/IMS compliance, reporting, continuous improvement (5S/Kaizen/OPEX) and project trials for crushing & grinding circuits.
