Design, develop, test, debug and maintain VisionPLUS-based banking applications. Implement COBOL programs in CICS/VSAM/JCL, support batch scheduling, use Endevor/Changeman, follow DevOps/Agile practices, support production deployments and incident response, and drive performance improvements.

Develop and maintain VisionPLUS applications on z/OS: design, code, test, perform production incident fixes, participate in code reviews and audits, support batch/online flows and scheme (VISA/MasterCard) compliance, and produce technical/functional documentation.

Lead development and deployment of production ML models and analytics for wealth management and retail banking. Analyze large datasets, design predictive solutions (segmentation, churn, personalization, risk), build data pipelines and feature engineering, monitor model performance, drive MLOps and responsible AI practices, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
