Administer and configure Cornerstone OnDemand LMS, managing users, learning assignments, curricula, certifications, workflows, security roles, and course lifecycles. Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, reporting, and release support while maintaining data integrity and FDA compliance. Analyze learning metrics using advanced Excel, provide stakeholder insights, document procedures, resolve ServiceNow tickets, and serve as the primary LMS subject matter expert across L&D, HR, and business teams.
