Supervises revenue cycle teams handling insurance verification, prior authorization, claims management, denial resolution, and reimbursement activities. Monitors productivity, quality, service levels, compliance, and operational goals while coaching team members and resolving issues. Uses reporting and data analysis to identify trends and improve processes. Ensures accurate, timely revenue cycle work, reinforces best practices, and collaborates with stakeholders to improve customer outcomes and revenue capture.

Lead OptiFreight billing services including allocation of freight charges, invoice accuracy checks, and invoice problem resolution. Supervise and develop analysts, drive process improvements and automation, maintain visibility of value streams, collaborate cross-functionally, and support vendor and customer contract administration.

Supports global regulatory operations by managing regulatory data, systems, submissions, registrations, reporting, audits, and compliance documentation. Ensures data integrity and alignment with FDA, EU MDR, ISO 13485, and other global requirements. Develops reports and dashboards, supports system improvements and data migrations, manages operational projects, assists with labeling and post-market activities, and provides training and mentoring across Regulatory Affairs and cross-functional teams.
