Administers and develops MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Azure API Management in a regulated healthcare environment. Responsibilities include platform configuration, runtime deployment, API policy management, migration from MuleSoft to Azure APIM, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code automation, Linux administration, networking, monitoring, incident response, security compliance, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and technical mentoring.

Designs and maintains enterprise IAM platforms and directory services, develops API integrations and automation, analyzes authentication telemetry, documents architectures and runbooks, validates upgrades and patches, and collaborates on secure identity protocol testing.

Leads enterprise architecture strategy, road maps, standards, and technology alignment with business objectives. Evaluates current-state architectures, guides ERP/CRM and cross-functional solutions, assesses build-versus-buy options, supports innovation and transformation, and advises on mergers and acquisitions. Collaborates with business and technology stakeholders, oversees architectural governance, mentors architects, and may manage architecture teams.
