Own and architect scalable test infrastructure, establish quality strategies, optimize test suites and CI/CD performance, manage AWS-based test environments, develop reporting and testing tools, and mentor junior SDET engineers. The role requires advanced TypeScript, Playwright framework expertise, API/UI test orchestration, software design patterns, AWS, Docker, Git, reporting tools, and performance optimization experience.

Paid six-month backend engineering internship on Certa’s Platform team. The intern will build and ship REST and GraphQL APIs, write tested production code, debug issues across databases and APIs, design data models, participate in code reviews, and gradually own backend services. Candidates need strong fundamentals, backend programming experience, real project exposure, web and database knowledge, deployment experience, and familiarity with AI-assisted development.

Provide post-implementation technical support for Certa’s SaaS platform. Investigate and resolve customer issues, troubleshoot configurations and integrations, manage support tickets and escalations within SLAs, document resolutions, and share knowledge. The role requires distinguishing support work from implementation changes, identifying recurring issues, and recommending platform improvements while communicating clearly with enterprise customers and internal Product and Engineering teams.
