Develop and maintain NetSuite business applications, customize ERP functionality, build scripts and integrations, improve reporting and data management, and support end users. The role requires translating business processes into technical solutions across finance, supply chain, inventory, and intercompany operations. Responsibilities include NetSuite implementations, database cleansing, API and web service integrations, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders using Agile methodologies.

Architects and builds production LLM applications, including copilots, chatbots, AI agents, RAG systems, and agentic workflows. Owns AI backend services, APIs, inference orchestration, LLMOps, monitoring, CI/CD, and system optimization for quality, cost, latency, and reliability. Partners with product, platform, and security teams, promotes responsible AI and security-by-design, and mentors engineers. Requires strong Python and backend engineering expertise, distributed systems knowledge, cloud and containerization experience, and hands-on generative AI delivery.
