Lead the design and production delivery of agentic AI systems, translating domain expertise into agent architectures, tools, evaluations, guardrails, and reusable engineering patterns. Direct technical strategy for an engineering pod, establish tracing and regression infrastructure, and communicate effectively with engineers, executives, clients, and domain experts.

Supports HR operations by managing purchase orders, vendors, invoices, payments, budgets, accruals, reporting, and financial controls. Coordinates with HR, Finance, Procurement, Accounting, and external providers to ensure accurate documentation, timely payments, audit readiness, and budget compliance. The role also provides administrative support, maintains operational procedures, tracks metrics, resolves discrepancies, and contributes to process improvement and automation.

Leads Circana’s India HR strategy and HRBP team, partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning, succession, talent, organizational design, change management, employee engagement, culture, employee relations, compliance, and leadership development. The role drives organizational effectiveness, supports business transformation and growth, ensures compliance with Indian employment legislation and Labour Codes, and builds a high-performing, inclusive workforce across a multinational matrix organization.
