Own end-to-end product design for complex B2B2X SaaS features and journeys, from discovery through delivery. Responsibilities include UX strategy, workshops, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, design-system evolution, stakeholder collaboration, implementation support, and experience evaluation. The role also requires extensive use of AI and LLM tools to enhance research, ideation, prototyping, documentation, and workflow automation.

Manage professional services procurement, vendor relationships, contract lifecycles, strategic sourcing, spend optimization, rate cards, and supplier performance. Lead negotiations, RFPs, compliance, risk assessments, governance, and contract administration while partnering with Legal, Finance, IT, and Engineering. Analyze spending, support budgeting, establish KPIs and SLAs, and optimize staffing agency and contingent labor procurement across the organization.

Own Jetpac’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms. Develop the long-term strategy, publish daily content, manage campaigns, build community engagement, identify growth opportunities, and integrate organic and paid marketing. Track KPIs, analyze performance, report insights to leadership, and collaborate with creative, performance marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen the brand across global markets.
