Translate business requirements into scalable Cisco architectures, advise customers and account teams, resolve complex technical escalations, develop delivery frameworks, and mentor engineers. The role focuses on Cisco Nexus, VXLAN, ACI, networking protocols, data center integrations, automation, virtualization, containers, and multi-cloud connectivity.

Designs, implements, and optimizes enterprise wireless network solutions for Cisco customers. Leads WLAN migrations, RF design, pre-deployment inspections, optimization engagements, technical troubleshooting, and customer simulations. Creates network designs, implementation plans, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials. Supports presales activities, configures Cisco technologies, develops scripts and digital assets, resolves complex compatibility issues, and mentors engineers while serving as a trusted technical advisor.

Provide customer-facing technology consulting, solution architecture, presales support, migration and delivery strategies for Cisco data center and cloud solutions. Design and optimize Nexus, VXLAN, ACI, virtualization, container, network security, and hybrid or multi-cloud environments. Create technical documentation and intellectual property, identify growth opportunities, resolve complex customer problems, and lead automation initiatives. Mentor consulting engineers, advise customers and partners, and collaborate across Cisco teams to deliver business outcomes.
