Uses AI assistants, prompt engineering, and Cisco’s Digitized Delivery platform to automate project management activities and proactively manage delivery risks.

Leads complex customer technical investigations for ThousandEyes, troubleshooting cloud services, network behavior, logs, tests, and monitoring data. Coordinates escalations with Engineering and Product, documents findings, drives resolution, develops automation and reusable documentation, mentors engineers, and supports product reviews and customer meetings. The role includes scheduled 24-hour support coverage and requires expertise in networking, enterprise applications, and digital experience products.
