Supports finance and regulatory reporting systems by bridging business, functional, and technical teams. Oversees T24, Oracle, and OneSumX integrations, validates month-end and regulatory reporting outputs, supports finance change initiatives, creates UAT test cases, develops training materials, and ensures financial calculations and data are accurate. The role requires banking finance systems expertise, knowledge of treasury products and processes, and experience with finance transformation, reporting, and systems implementation.

Supports Citco’s international Group Legal function with KYC and beneficial ownership requests, corporate records, board documentation, statutory filings, legal project administration, regulatory monitoring, and process improvements. Coordinates with global offices, identifies and escalates legal risks, maintains legal content, and handles confidential information. The role offers expanding exposure to commercial contracts, employment matters, regulatory projects, financing transactions, insurance renewals, and corporate governance.

Provides in-house legal support for an international financial services business. Responsibilities include reviewing commercial and employment contracts, preparing corporate documents, coordinating statutory filings, managing beneficial ownership and KYC requests, supporting financing and regulatory projects, identifying legal risks, monitoring legal developments, and improving legal processes. The role collaborates with senior stakeholders, HR, affiliated entities, and international legal teams while maintaining strict confidentiality.
