The role also supports Agile release processes, API performance testing, accessibility, security updates, and production operations.

Manage large Salesforce implementation projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and client expectations are met. Facilitate Agile processes and sprint cycles, monitor progress, resolve obstacles, manage risks, and provide status updates. Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions including integrations, data migrations, custom Apex/Visualforce/Lightning components. Perform administration, configuration, troubleshooting, code reviews, and mentor junior developers while ensuring best practices, security, and stakeholder communication.
