Source passive candidates through Boolean search, conduct initial technical and commercial screens, coordinate interviews, manage pipelines, and maintain ATS data quality. Represent Codebase at Pune technology events, organize developer meetups, build talent communities, and support employer branding. Partner with technical, sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders on scorecards, calibration, candidate experience, compensation, and offer negotiations.

Own end-to-end quality for a payroll platform through exploratory, manual, API, database, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Build and maintain a Playwright automation framework using JavaScript or TypeScript, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot flaky tests, manage defects, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve coverage and product quality.
