Manage HR processes, vendors, records, communications, policies, and appraisal cycles in a hands-on generalist capacity.

Own end-to-end quality for a payroll platform through exploratory, manual, API, database, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Build and maintain a Playwright automation framework using JavaScript or TypeScript, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot flaky tests, manage defects, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve coverage and product quality.

Design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native. Architect scalable codebases, integrate REST/GraphQL and third-party SDKs, implement state management, write or consume native modules, own CI/CD and app store releases, perform testing and code reviews, and resolve performance and platform-specific issues.
