Lead the design and development of scalable Go software and web services using Gin. Architect resilient systems, oversee cloud-based deployments with Docker and Kubernetes, and apply microservices, gRPC, database, and design-pattern expertise. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.

Develop responsive, scalable Angular web applications; integrate REST APIs and backend services; design performance-focused front-end architecture; troubleshoot technical and performance issues; collaborate with cross-functional teams; and support requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

Owns end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and HR operations delivery, improving scalability, automation, governance, SLAs, and employee experience. Manages HRMS data integrity, dashboards, analytics, audit readiness, compliance, and recurring employee queries. Partners with HRBPs, Finance, business leaders, and stakeholders to drive process adherence, accountability, and data-informed decisions.

Develop generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and multimodal data. Build scalable Python backend systems, REST APIs, asynchronous workflows, database integrations, background tasks, and Docker deployments. Monitor and optimize production AI applications while writing tests, debugging systems, and improving performance and reliability.

Supports employee lifecycle activities, HR operations, process improvements, policy implementation, employee records, HRMS updates, engagement initiatives, HR events, audits, compliance documentation, and routine employee inquiries. The intern collaborates with cross-functional teams and gains practical experience across human resources functions.

Provides clerical and administrative support, including filing, data entry, mail management, meeting coordination, office supplies and materials management, employee travel bookings, vendor coordination, and cross-functional assistance. The role helps maintain organized office operations and responds to internal and external inquiries while supporting general office upkeep.

Owns strategy, research, and execution of B2B technology content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, thought leadership, presentations, campaigns, microsites, social media, and email copy. Translates technical information into business-focused narratives, maintains brand tone, monitors industry trends, edits junior writers’ work, and supports content calendars and campaigns. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
