Supports workforce management through resource data maintenance, recurring reports and dashboards, Excel-based analysis, capacity and availability tracking, record accuracy, stakeholder coordination, discrepancy identification, and presentations. Assists with resource planning and workforce processes while maintaining timely, accurate trackers. The role is designed for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience who demonstrate organization, communication, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn.
