Own features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, use containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and event-driven systems (Kafka), leverage AI-assisted development tools, improve engineering processes, and solve complex technical challenges to deliver secure, production-grade solutions.

The Performance System Architect will design and optimize scalable systems, implement observability solutions, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system performance and reliability.

Lead customer workshops, capture and translate requirements into product and technical specifications, support proposal development for government clients, guide solution design, participate in Agile ceremonies, prioritize change requests, support issue resolution, and deliver product training to maximize customer value.
