Administers US defined benefit plans through manual calculations, customer service, legal and client-specific compliance, benefit plan audits, and root cause analysis. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, at least two years of US defined benefits experience, comfort working an overnight shift, and willingness to work five days per week from the office.

Provide tiered support, design, deploy and troubleshoot Conduent's eDiscovery hosting platforms (Relativity, RelOne). Coordinate across teams and vendors, support large enterprise SLAs, and manage complex distributed systems including Citrix, VDI, Windows/Linux servers, SQL, AD, MFA and cloud components.
