Lead Defined Benefits client projects end-to-end: plan and track deliveries, manage risks and stakeholders, translate complex business needs into system requirements and BRDs, oversee testing and sign-offs, coach and manage team members, and drive process automation and project documentation.

Provide tiered support, design, deploy and troubleshoot Conduent's eDiscovery hosting platforms (Relativity, RelOne). Coordinate across teams and vendors, support large enterprise SLAs, and manage complex distributed systems including Citrix, VDI, Windows/Linux servers, SQL, AD, MFA and cloud components.
