Design complex PCB layouts for variable speed drives from concept to manufacture. Translate schematics and mechanical constraints into optimized high-speed, mixed-signal power electronics boards. Define stack-ups, layout rules, impedance control, EMC/thermal strategies, perform design reviews, and prepare manufacturing data while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on increasing sales revenue for the Heat Pump product line by developing and executing regional sales strategies, supporting the sales team, and identifying new business opportunities.

Verify and validate firmware and related software deliverables by defining test scope; identifying, optimizing, and executing test scenarios; and increasing test automation coverage to ensure product quality.

Support advanced technology and new product development for HVAC/R compressors: create CAD models and drawings, run FEA and GT multi-physics simulations, correlate simulation with test data, support prototypes, drive project engineering tasks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and contribute to design reviews and continuous improvement.

Provide functional Oracle E-Business Suite R12 support for SCM/Distribution modules (Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, iProcurement, iSupplier, WMS, Pricing). Gather and document requirements, configure modules, perform gap analysis, create functional documentation, support UAT, train end users, manage service requests, and drive continuous process improvements across Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.

Perform IT audit and controls assessments (cloud, IT asset, privacy, infrastructure, implementations), execute SOX ITGC and ITAC testing, manage relationships with InfoSec, external auditors and vendors, track and communicate audit issues, support risk assessments and the annual audit plan, and handle multiple concurrent projects.
