Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for HVACR products. Create 3D models and 2D drawings (GD&T, ASME), perform engineering analyses, manage BOMs in Teamcenter, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver NPD and sustaining engineering projects with continuous improvement.

Configure, support, and improve Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Distribution and SCM modules. Gather requirements, create functional specifications and process documentation, perform gap analysis, develop test scripts, support UAT, train users, resolve issues, and manage Oracle Service Requests. The role partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash solutions.

Develops and validates thermal-fluid, mechanical, and GT-SUITE models for HVACR and compressor technology. Independently manages technology and advanced product development projects from concept through validation, performing engineering calculations, design reviews, testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and performance analysis. Coordinates with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and laboratory teams to deliver innovative, manufacturable solutions, improve processes, and meet project schedules and quality targets.
