As a Senior Engineer, you will engage in developing and modifying HVAC equipment, manage software and control systems, and ensure safe operations. Strong communication with various stakeholders and decision-making in equipment design is critical.

Lead GRC activities: develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, perform risk assessments and control evaluations, support audits (NIST, ISO, SOC 2), manage third-party risk, track/report compliance metrics, run DLP strategy (preferably Zscaler), deliver awareness training, and maintain risk/register and audit evidence to improve security posture.

Perform IT audit and controls assessments (cloud, IT asset, privacy, infrastructure, implementations), execute SOX ITGC and ITAC testing, manage relationships with InfoSec, external auditors and vendors, track and communicate audit issues, support risk assessments and the annual audit plan, and handle multiple concurrent projects.
