Create written and visual B2B marketing and sales content, including website copy, blogs, social media, presentations, solution briefs, case studies, and customized sales collateral. Translate complex product and technology information into clear messaging and compelling designs. Support Sales and BDR teams with prospect-specific materials, maintain brand consistency, research industries and customer needs, and repurpose content across digital channels while using AI tools responsibly.

Generates qualified B2B sales opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting, cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach, account research, lead qualification, objection handling, and appointment setting. The role engages senior decision-makers across healthcare, legal, and finance organizations, manages prospect pipelines independently, personalizes outreach, and schedules discovery calls for the sales team.

Provide phone, email, and chat support to clients using the background screening platform. Resolve inquiries, assist with account setup and orders, train clients on billing and system functionality, collaborate with internal teams to obtain documentation, and maintain strong client relationships while meeting response and resolution targets.

Provide high-touch support to the Co-Founder by managing calendar and communications, tracking deliverables, preparing and reviewing documents, coordinating meetings, handling sensitive information, streamlining operations, and executing ad hoc initiatives (social media, team coordination) to ensure priorities and deadlines are met.

Generate and qualify leads, manage CRM and inbound/outbound sales activities, represent the company at tradeshows, nurture prospect relationships, and close new sales opportunities while collaborating with the team and adhering to remote work technical requirements.

Lead B2B sales team to hit revenue targets while developing and implementing AI-driven sales workflows. Oversee AI tool integration, auditing, and training. Drive strategy, data-driven insights, client acquisition, sales presentations, and CRM-based pipeline management across diverse industries.

Serve as primary client contact to onboard, train, and support customers. Build relationships, monitor customer health, resolve issues with product and technical teams, drive retention and expansion, and report on NPS, churn, and satisfaction trends.
