Lead a client-facing fund accounting team for global hedge, private equity and debt funds. Manage corporate secretarial and administrative duties for a portfolio of companies across multiple jurisdictions, including incorporations and liquidations, organizing board meetings, preparing board packs and minutes, statutory filings, maintaining registers, client correspondence, drafting documents, updating trackers, and supporting MIS while ensuring audit-compliant, accurate, and timely deliverables.

Lead design and operation of a self-managed Enterprise MongoDB platform: set standards, own backups/restore, performance engineering, capacity planning, security hardening, incident leadership, documentation, and mentor junior administrators while partnering with infrastructure and application teams to standardize and automate operations.

Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and document uploads. Follow SOPs and quality checks, update trackers and MIS, report discrepancies, support quality reviews, and collaborate with team leads while learning process workflows.

Manage company secretarial matters for a client portfolio, oversee junior staff, ensure statutory compliance under Companies Act 2013 and related regulations, prepare resolutions and minutes, maintain statutory registers, liaise with clients and third parties, and advise on regulatory and FEMA/exchange control matters.

Lead a client-facing corporate secretarial and legal portfolio: manage filings, company incorporations, securities transfers, contract drafting/review, compliance audits, regulatory updates, client proposals, and supervise a small team to ensure timely, documented client communications and deliverables.
